In the SolarMarina story, Avalon announces the future rule: electric boats only in the clean harbor zone. Tourists cheer. Dolphins approve. Gas boat captains panic like someone unplugged their personality.

SolarMarina does not just yell “ban everything” and run away. During the transition, electric Jet Skis act as quiet harbor valets, helping old fossil-fuel boats enter the harbor without running noisy, smoky engines. Then clean shore-power support helps keep onboard generators off.
